Sunday Fun!!

Today was pretty great. We finished putting the rest of our Halloween decorations outside and boy it looks spooky. We have tombstones, ghosts, cornstalks, scarecrow and spiders.
After a fun day of putting out decorations we made popcorn balls. My friend Julie gave me a great recipe for popcorn balls using the rice krispie treats recipe. You just replace popcorn for the rice krispies. The popcorn balls came out great and were delicious. Here is the recipe:


3 Bags microwave popcorn
3 TBSP. butter
1 bag of mini marshmellows
Pop popcorn and set aside. Then in a large pan over medium
heat melt butter then add marshmellows. Stir until melted.
Add popcorn mix and form into balls. Wrap balls with plastic
wrap.
